Welcome Pauline Spengemann to the Interactive Institute

18 October, 2011 - 15:31

Pauline Spengemann is a new employee of the Interactive Institute. Pauline recently completed her Masters from Delft
University of Technology, Industrial Design, on the topic Reduction of food
waste within households. The aim of the project was to find out what role
design could play in solving the problem of food waste and to develop concepts
that would stimulate and guide people to reduce their food waste. The project
was carried out within our group and resulted in a service for informing and
connecting people.

Pauline is currently participating in the
Check out Project and teaching at MA level at Chalmers University in Göteborg.
The aim of the Check out Project is to develop a food ordering service that
helps consumers to make more sustainably informed food choices. She works on
design concepts for information feedback about food choices.
