Mats Liljedahl and Stefan Lindberg from Sonic studio gave a very successful presentation at the EAS Congress 2007 and ISME European Regional Conference 2007 which was held May 10-13 at Luleå University, School of Music in Piteå. The topic for the conference was "Media & New Technology in Music Education".

"The opportunities of the under-used" was the rather cryptic title of the presentation. Mats Liljedahl says: "We wanted to bring up the fundamental ideas about the sound and the music's unutilized potential to communicate in different ways". They concretize by talking in detail about DigiWall, Remupp and Beowulf. The audience, mainly consisted of music teachers from all over the world, was very interested in the research at Sonic studio and asked a lot of good questions during the session. After the session a spontaneous visit at Sonic studio's office was arranged for an improvised demonstration and the audience could try out the applications.
