This weekend the Embassy of Sweden in Berlin hosted a summer feast where Interactive Institute’s innovative climbing wall, DigiWall, was exhibited. The summer feast is one of the activities that starts the Swedish EU presidency period.

With the event ”Schweden für jeden” the embassy wants to show and market Sweden in Germany. At place one could experience a Swedish midsummer celebration and take part in various activities. During the afternoons and nights Swedish performers entertained on the main stage. Except for climbing and playing the DigiWall the children could meet Pippi Longstocking and her friends from Astrid Lindgren’s World as well as do a lot of other things. The DigiWall, placed in the Nordic exhibition house “Felleshaus”, had an everlasting queue of children during the two days.

In total 11 200 persons visited the event, more than the double of what was expected.
