Sonic Studio

The Sonic Studio is Interactive Institute's research group for sound and music in digital media. Our research focuses on the intersections where sound and music meet narrative, gaming and interactivity. Sound and music can be seen as both our design material and our research field. The studio has built a unique base for research in the field of sound and music in digital interactive environments. It is of interest to us to strengthen and show the increased possibilities for multimedia applications by giving sound and music a more important role. All of our research has a human focus and presupposes interactivity.
