COSTS
The following details the cost of attending the Outside In
Symposium. We apologize for the delay but we have focussed our
efforts on keeping the symposium as OPEN and affordable
as possible for everyone.

PARTY
The base fee covers entrance to all panel discussions and worksop
presentations. The workshop fee covers your entrance to a workshop,
as well as entrance to all panel discussions and worksop presentations.
The party fee is separate and must be paid at the door.

REGISTRATION
We encourage early registration, but it will be possible to
register and purchase tickets at the door.
Please note that workshops may already be full at that time. In
addition there is a separate form for applying to a workshop.

You do NOT have to join a workshop to attend the symposum.

PAYMENT
Unfortunately, and in an effort to keep costs down, we are unable
to accept credit cards. However it is possible to pay early. To
pay early please transfer the conference fee when you receive a
confirmation of your registration. For transfer information please
contact margot.jacobs@tii.se
This is a non-for-profit venture. All costs will go towards
financing the symposium, including covering expenses for speakers,
moderators, workshop leaders and paying for workshop materials.
We would like to thank all our sponsors the Nordic Cultural Fund
and the Interactive Institute for their generous contributions in
making this event possible and affordable.
VOLUNTEERING
In an effort to let all people participate, it is possible to
volunteer and pay no fees.

VOLUNTEERING (COME FOR FREE!)
Be a part of Outside in & Everwanting Streets!
Summer is around the corner and so is the Street Art, graffiti
etc exhibition Everwanting Streets as well as the symposium Outside
In.
As these are non profit activities and everyone organizing is
doing this for free, we are looking for volunteers who would like
to take part in Gothenburgs biggest summer events and help organise
the activities.
For Everwanting Streets, we need people starting June 1st until
the 12th of June.
The artists will start arriving on the 1st of June, and volunteering
will include, showing the invited artists where to stay, assisting
the artists with their work | project annd helping out with building
the exhibition at Röda Sten etc.
If you help out you will
{1}make new friends, {2} receive free entrance to Outside In symposium,
{3}receive free entrance to the after parties of both Outside
In and Everwanting Streets and most of all you can {4}make a difference
and at the same time be inspired.
If you are interested we would like you to
please write:
- which event you would like to help out with;
Outside In or Everwanting Streets.
- how many days you are available, and when
you can start.
- a small motivation explaining why you are
interested (no longer than 200 words)
We will have an info-meeting for all applicants and others interested
at Röda Sten 15th of Mai 16.00.
