Copenhagen travel & transportation information
Getting to Copenhagen
There are frequent train connections between Copenhagen, the rest of
Denmark, Sweden and other parts of Europe. Trains depart from Copenhagen
Central Station or the station at Copenhagen Airport - the train for
Malmö, Sweden, can also been caught from Copenhagen Airport. Copenhagen
Airport is located eight kilometres (five miles) from the city centre
and is the main hub serving Scandinavia. Copenhagen has the fastest
and cheapest airport-to-city-centre rail link of any European capital.
It costs DKK 22,50 (remember to purchase the ticket before getting on
the train) and takes just 20-30 minutes.
