REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE

The 'Formal Conference Program' includes the conference activities on Monday May 30 and Tuesday May 31 and the social program (including opening reception on May and conference dinner on May 31 for which it is also possible to register for additional guest(s) who might accompany you. Please note that the registration service charges a small additional fee for processing payments – the fee for using a Diners Club credit card is slightly lower than that for using Visa or Mastercard.

Optional Conference Program
The 'Optional Conference Program' includes additional tutorial and colloquium activies on Sunday May 29 and Wednesday June 1. These activities are optional and add an additional dimension to the conference - It is possible to register to participate in these parts of the program independant of the rest of the conference. For the Optional Program on Sunday – in order to book suitable rooms and prepare information materials for participants – it is essential that all participants register IN ADDITION to registering for the Formal Conference program. To register for the program on Sunday, send an email to registration@nordes.org.

Student registration & volunteers
Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate educational programs and who have valid student ID cards can register at a reduced fee. They should register using the registration site (link above) and bring their student ID when they come to register in person at the conference. PhD students, however, must register at the normal participant rate.

Additionally, to encourage students to attend and participate in the activities, there will be opportunities for about 10 students to participate as volunteers, working to support the conference and to get a complementary (free) registration to the overall conference. Enquiries about this are welcome to registration@nordes.org before May 9!
