Crowded at the Attitude, Design & Action workshop


About 60 persons participated in the Attitude, Design & Action’ workshop that took place at the 11th of September at De Markten in Brussels. The workshop was the fifth in a series within the Energy Efficiency project that started in 2008. This joint project of VUB Crosstalks, UGent, Flanders District of Creativity, VITO and others, is aiming at common objectives and recommendations for all stakeholders in energy efficiency.

The focus of the workshop was to explore the interdependencies between individual behavior, political will, effective incentives, technology expertise & pilot-projects, available tools & transparent interfaces.

Invited lecturers where: Joeri De Ridder (AVERE, Greenmobil, BE), Martin Vesper (Yellostrom, GE), Alex Laskey (Positive Energy/Arizona State University), Jan Van Mol (Addict lab, eco and green design), Olle Dierks (Interactive Institute Sweden).

The workshop was followed by a visit to the Visual Voltage exhibition at Design Vlaanedern Galerie.
