TED invites the Interactive Institute

The influential TED organisation (www.ted.com) is celebrating 25 years anniversary with an extraordinary conference in California and Interactive institute is represented. TEDs mission is to spreading ideas and declares that the focus of the 2009 conference programme is on the future rather then on the history.  Bill Gates for instance is presents as a philantroposopher the Gates foundation and various aid-projects along with influential speakers , thinkers, researcher and doers. In this context II is invited to present results from the important research area – energy. In a unique exhibition with a small number of selected products the Flower Lamp and the Power Aware Cord are displayed.

The first concerns consumption, and innovative ways to create fuel efficiencies. The second looks at options for energy production -- wind, solar, geothermal and more.
