Christina Öhman at Metering Europe 2008

Christina Öhman, Interactive Institute, will September 23 hold a speech at “Metering, Billing/CRM Europe 2008” in Amsterdam – the largest metering fair in Europe. The speech is titled "Innovative Service Design" and covers:
