What is electricity? “Two letters, E and L” a teenager answered in an interview. The youth´s knowledge regarding energy is insufficient. For that reason Young Energy have explored if the youth´s (13-18 years old) interest and knowledge about energy can grow with new ways of learning in combination with computer games. In this project have developed and designed a game prototype, called PowerHouse, in close cooperation with the target group.
 
In this project we have been cooperating with Eskilstuna Energi & Miljö, Mälardalens högskola, game designer Jonas Beckeman and graphical designer David Skoglund. The project is funded by Energimyndigheten and our partners.
