Interactive Salon Stockholm

The Interactive Salon, an exhibition for technologies that promote and preserve cultural heritage, was launched by the Digital Cultural Heritage Centre of Expertise at the Interactive Institute, EPOCH and Stockholm City Museum to create a new forum for professionals from research, cultural heritage, ICT-industry and creative industry.

The Interactive Salon in Stockholm was held at the Stockholm City Museum from October 17, 2006 - 29 March, 2007

The Centre arranged meetings and workshops throughout the period and several museums showed great interest in the exhibition that show all together ten different kind of installations and products. Among the museums that we arranged workshops with was Forum för Levande Historia and Historiska Museet. The exhibition also functioned as a great way of letting the public take part of ongoing research projects in the ICT and cultural heritage field.
