Communication Design at University if Applied Sciences Würzburg (Germany) and imedia Academy (Rhode Island School of Design, USA) and joined the academic area at Fraunhofer IGD during his studies in 2002. His main duties at the department “Virtual and Augmented Reality” are the development of interaction concepts, Interface and Information Design. He developed several novel interaction devices like Cercon Move (Degudent), MovableScreen and Fraunhofer IGD's Multi-Touch Table. Since 2006 he is Scientific Leader of the European funded project iTACITUS and develops novel interaction paradigms for Augmented Reality in Cultural Heritage. Since 2006 he is giving the lecture “Experimental Interfaces” at the design faculty of University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg (Germany).
