She is teacher in the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean. Main research interest over the past few years has been the study of the role of Virtual Actors in Collaborative Virtual Environments(CVEs) for Learning. This involved the development of a research methodology of studying user actions and activities in CVEs and developing design guidelines for the use of Virtual Actors in CVEs.
